By using Zeyorix’s services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
Zeyorix delivers digital products and consulting services, including custom GPT solutions, workshops, and ongoing support.

2. No Legal or Financial Advice
Zeyorix does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Our AI solutions are designed to assist with workflows and communications, but final decisions and compliance remain your responsibility.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made in full before services are delivered, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Because services are digital, all sales are final. Please see our Returns Policy for details.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All custom GPT builds and related deliverables remain the property of Zeyorix until full payment is received.

  • After payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for business purposes.

  • Zeyorix retains the right to use anonymized, non-confidential learnings to improve future services.

5. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client data. Information shared with us during projects will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability
Zeyorix is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use of our AI tools or services. Clients are responsible for verifying accuracy and compliance before relying on outputs.

7. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
